Landed ("Landed", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at landed.jobs and the related job-search and interview-preparation product (the "Service"). Landed is a b100x product. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing details — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information from third-party sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google or with X (formerly Twitter), we receive basic profile information from that provider so we can create and authenticate your account:

• Google: your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier, as authorized by you during the OAuth consent flow.
• X (Twitter): your name, username (handle), profile picture, and X account identifier, as authorized by you.

We only request the minimum scopes needed to sign you in and personalize your experience. We do not post to your social accounts, and we do not access your contacts, direct messages, or timeline.

Content you provide. Information you enter to use the Service — such as your target roles, skills, résumé or profile details, and your responses during mock interviews and practice drills — so we can tailor recommendations and prep to you.

Usage and device data. Log data such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device information, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• create, authenticate, and secure your account;
• provide, personalize, and improve the Service, including job matches and interview practice;
• process subscriptions and payments;
• communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• comply with legal obligations.

Google user data

Landed's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data solely to authenticate you and provide the sign-in and account features you request, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. Vendors who process data on our behalf — such as hosting, database, analytics, email, and payment providers — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
• Legal reasons. When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Landed, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information from within the Service, or contact us at support@b100x.ai to make a request. You may also revoke Google or X access at any time from your Google Account or X account settings.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

International users
