These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at landed.jobs and the related job-search and interview-preparation product (the "Service"), operated by Landed, a b100x product ("Landed", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly at support@b100x.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You may sign in using email or a supported third-party provider such as Google or X (Twitter); your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms.

The Service

Landed helps you discover AI-native roles, understand what they pay, and prepare for interviews through practice drills and mock interviews. The Service provides information, tooling, and preparation resources — it does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, or any particular outcome. Data such as job listings, salary figures, and company details are provided for informational purposes and may not always be complete or current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, harvest, or copy data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service; or
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, which may begin with a trial that requires a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change our prices with reasonable prior notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Landed and b100x and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Google and X sign-in. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will lead to a job or interview.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landed and b100x will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
